David Dick, MD, is a primary care physician for men, women and children of all ages. Dr. Dick provides multiple types of services including preventive and chronic care. He also treats various acute illnesses.

Dr. Dick earned his medical degree from the University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon, Canada. He completed an internship at St. Paul's Hospital in Saskatoon and began his career working at Queen Street Medical Group. He moved to Warsaw in 1995 and has practiced primary care medicine with Lutheran Health Physicians for more than 20 years.

Dr. Dick is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is certified by the Canadian College of Family Physicians. Dr. Dick is a designated FAA - Aviation Medical Examiner.
