Originally from Macedonia, Dr. Sikoski, attended Ss Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, Republic of Macedonia and completed her residency at Advocate Christ Medical Center in Illinois. “In my home country, you have to choose a specialty, but now I get to see such a variety of conditions,” Sikoski said. Although she considered other fields, Dr. Sikoski decided she wanted to practice internal medicine because, as she said, “I wouldn’t want to do one thing over and over, and I can’t imagine doing anything other than what I’m doing right now.” Dr. Sikoski is particularly interested in helping her patients keep their weight in check and work toward a healthier lifestyle.
