Dr. Cabe, who is a primary care physician, joined Lutheran Health Physicians in August 2010 when her former group, Brooklyn Medical Associates joined LHP. Dr. Cabe worked for BMA from 1996 to 1999 then moved to StatCare/RediMed for several years before rejoining BMA in 2007. Born in the Philippines, Dr. Cabe completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines in 1984, and she earned a medical degree at the same university in 1988. Dr. Cabe completed an internship in 1989 at Chinese Medical Center in the Philippines, and she completed a family medicine residency at the Fort Wayne Medical Education Program in 1996. Dr. Cabe, whose husband Emmanuel is also an LHP physician, is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Indiana State Medical Association, the Indiana Academy of Family Physicians and the Fort Wayne Medical Society.
