Ted Crisman joined Lutheran Health Physicians in December 2010. He worked in private practice for 27 years in Steuben County before joining LHP.

Dr. Crisman, who currently serves as the Steuben County Health Officer, graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington in 1974 with a bachelor's degree in biology. He earned a medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis in 1980 and completed a family medicine residency with the Fort Wayne Medical Education Program in 1983.

Dr. Crisman is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, The Indiana Academy of Family Physicians and the Steuben County Medical Society.
