Stephanie Wells is a Family Nurse Practitioner at Provident Family Healthcare. She is certified with AANPC, as well as being a Certified Emergence Nurse. Stephanie received her Master of Science in Nursing / Family Nurse Practitioner from Ball State University in Nursing. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bethel College. Stephanie has served on a number of committees for education, leadership, and quality assurance. She is affiliated with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Coalition of Advanced Practice Nurses of Indiana, and the Emergency Nursing Association.
