Dr. Collins relocated from Chattanooga, Tennessee with her husband and two boys, bringing her compassion and skill in Obstetrics and Gynecology to the women of Austin. She has over a decade of experience in private practice caring for women, from the teenage years, pregnancy, and through menopause. Dr. Collins is knowledgeable in major gynecologic surgery including laparoscopy and robotic surgery, as well as minor gynecologic procedures such as endometrial ablation for the treatment of heavy bleeding and implantable contraception. She is proficient in general and high risk obstetrics and enjoys guiding her patients safely through their pregnancies.

She attended medical school in Memphis at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine and completed an internship in Internal Medicine at the University of Alabama School of Medicine. She then returned to the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga to complete her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She graduated Magna Cum Laude in Chemistry and Philosophy as an undergraduate from the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga. Dr. Collins is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow in the American Congress of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
