LeeAnn Patterson, DNP, joined Lutheran Health Physicians in December 2010, where she has worked as a family medicine nurse practitioner and in the Rapid Care Clinic. Before joining LHP, she was a nurse practitioner and a registered nurse at several hospitals and clinics throughout the Fort Wayne area, and she was an instructor in the nursing department at the University of Saint Francis and at Ivy Tech Community College. Patterson graduated from Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne with a bachelor’s degree in nursing in 2002. She earned a women’s health nurse practitioner certificate in 1997 from Ball State University and a master’s in nursing/family nurse practitioner in 2011 from Ball State University and the University of Saint Francis. Patterson is certified as a women’s health nurse practitioner by the National Certification Corporation. She is a member of the Coalition of Advanced Practice Nurses of Indiana, the Graduate Student Nursing Association, the National League for Nursing and the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
