Dr. Laurie Anderson is a pediatrician at the Children’s Clinic @ Springdale. She has practiced medicine within the Northwest Health System for the past 9 years. She is a general pediatrician with special interests in developmental and behavioral pediatrics. She is on active staff at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale and Willow Creek Women’s Hospital in Johnson. She is board certified in pediatrics and an active member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Arkansas Pediatric Society.

Dr. Anderson spent most of her growing up years in Searcy, AR, graduating from high school at Searcy High School and college at Harding University. She received her medical degree from UAMS in Little Rock and completed her pediatric residency at Arkansas Children’s Hospital. Previous practice experience was obtained in Asheboro, NC and Blytheville, AR.

Dr. Anderson is married to Scott, IT manager for Washington County Financial Management. She has 2 children: Candace, an attorney in Little Rock, and Aaron, a student at the University of Arkansas. Her hobbies include walking her dog, bicycling, music and reading books.
