Jason Clay, MSN, APRN, NP-C, is a board-certified nurse practitioner who provides patient-centered care for men, women and children of all ages. Services range from physicals and routine medical treatment to care for sudden illnesses and chronic disease management.

Clay speaks fluent Spanish and earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degree in nursing from Goshen College.
