Dr. Jack L. Zaremba is an internal medicine physician with Grandview Medical Group. Dr. Zaremba earned his undergraduate degree at Canisius College in Buffalo, New York. He earned his medical degree and completed an internal medicine residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Prior to medical school, Dr. Zaremba was a captain in the United States Army during the war in Vietnam.
