Erin Jungbauer, MD, is a family medicine physician for men, women and children of all ages. Dr. Jungbauer provides multiple types of services including preventive and chronic care and the treatment of various acute illnesses. She also provides obstetric care, managing a woman's pregnancy, labor and delivery.

An Indiana native, Dr. Jungbauer earned her medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine in 1989. Later, she completed a family medicine residency at Saint Joseph's Medical Center in South Bend, Indiana.

Dr. Jungbauer is board certified through the American Board of Family Practice.
