Dr. Cabe is a primary care physician with Lutheran Health Physicians. Prior to that, he worked at Brooklyn Medical Associates, which joined LHP in August 2010. Dr. Cabe joined BMA in 1993. Born in the Philippines, Dr. Cabe completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines in 1984. He earned a medical degree in 1988 and completed an internship in 1989 at the same university. He completed a family medicine residency at the Fort Wayne Medical Education Program in 1993. Dr. Cabe, whose wife Theresa is also an LHP physician, is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Indiana State Medical Association and the Fort Wayne Medical Society.
