Elizabeth Hollingsworth, MD, is a primary care physician who provides preventive and chronic care for men, women and children of all ages. She also treats various acute illnesses.

A Fort Wayne native, Dr. Hollingsworth received a bachelor's degree in nursing at Indiana University Purdue University Fort Wayne before earning her medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine in 2016. She completed a family medicine residency with Fort Wayne Medical Education Program in June 2019.

Prior to medical school, Dr. Hollingsworth worked as an emergency department nurse for Lutheran Hospital. Committed to community involvement, she has previously volunteered her time to organizations such as Fort Wayne Medical Society Alliance, Blessings in a Backpack and Fort4Fitness.
