Born in Wabash, IN Douglas Sawyer, MD earned his medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine in 1975. He completed his family practice residency in Fort Wayne in 1978. Dr. Sawyer has practiced medicine in Warsaw since 1978. He joined Kosciusko Medical Group in November 2009. Dr. Sawyer teaches at the Fort Wayne Family Medicine Residency program and is board certified through the American Board of Family Medicine.
