Family Practice Physician David S. Darr, MD joined Kosciusko Medical Group in July 1999. He was born and raised in the Warsaw area. He earned a bachelors degree of science from Grace College and a medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine in 1996. He completed his residency at Memorial Hospital of South Bend. Dr. Darr is a board certified physician through the American Board of Family Practice.
