A Fort Wayne native, Catherine Moffitt, DO, joined the family medicine team at Lutheran Medical Group in August 2015. Dr. Moffitt graduated from the University of Saint Francis with a bachelor’s degree in biology in 2008. She earned a doctor of osteopathic medicine degree at Midwestern University, Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in Downer’s Grove, Ill., in 2012, and she completed the Fort Wayne Medical Education Program’s family medicine residency in June 2015. Dr. Moffitt is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, the American Medical Association, the Chicago Medical Society, the American Osteopathic Association, the Indiana Academy of Family Physicians, the Indiana Osteopathic Association.
