A native of Frankton, Indiana, Dr. Adams has been affiliated with Lutheran Health Network since 2007. Dr. Adams completed his undergraduate studies at Anderson University in 1999. He then earned his medical degree from St. George's University School of Medicine in 2004. Dr. Adams then moved to Fort Wayne where he completed a family medicine residency at the Fort Wayne Medical Education Program in 2007. Dr. Adams serves as medial director of Ashton Creek Health and Rehabilitation as well as Englewood Health and Rehab, and Ossian Health and Rehab. He is also a sitting board member of Dupont Hospital and serves on the Physician Leadership Group. Dr. Adams is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Medical Association, the Indiana State Medical Association and the Fort Wayne Medical Society.
