Dr. Henry is a primary care physician with Lutheran Health Physicians. Prior to that, he worked at Brooklyn Medical Associates, which joined LHP in August 2010. Dr. Henry joined BMA in 1994. Born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Dr. Henry earned a bachelor's degree from Adrian College in Adrian, Michigan, in 1987, and a medical degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri, in 1991. Dr. Henry completed an internship at Lansing General Hospital in Lansing, Michigan, in 1992, and a family medicine residency at Fort Wayne Medical Education Program in 1994. Dr. Henry, who serves on the OB staff at Neighborhood Health Clinic, is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Indiana State Medical Association and the Fort Wayne Medical Society.
